These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, visits, and use of Tee Zone Ltd’s indoor golf simulator facilities. By making a booking or entering the premises, you (“Guest”) agree to comply with these Terms. Tee Zone Ltd reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notification.

Key Definitions
“Tee Zone Ltd” or “the Company” refers to the operator of the indoor golf simulator services.
“Guest” means the individual making the booking, along with any accompanying participants.
These Terms cover all bookings, simulator usage, and any associated services provided by the Company.​ -
Reservations and Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure the session.
Bookings cannot be reassigned to another party unless explicitly approved by the Company.
Tee Zone Ltd retains the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion. Where applicable, refunds will be issued accordingly. -
Use of Facilities
Each booking allows the Guest to bring up to three additional players unless otherwise agreed.
Access to the simulator is limited to the scheduled booking time and may be subject to change.
Entry instructions, such as an access code, will be provided prior to the session.
Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes past the scheduled start time may result in cancellation without refund.
Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times. Any inappropriate or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the premises without refund. -
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances (such as public health restrictions or operational disruptions), bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at the Company’s discretion.
Bookings may be cancelled if payment obligations are not met. -
Responsibility and Liability
Guests accept full responsibility for any damage caused to Tee Zone Ltd or any damages caused at the premises of Padel Hub, or equipment by themselves or anyone in their group.
The Guest agrees to cover the cost of any damage resulting from their actions or those of their invitees, whether caused directly or indirectly. This does not include normal wear or damage to items such as golf balls, tees, or drinking glasses.
Tee Zone Ltd is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless it results from proven negligence or intentional misconduct.
All activities are undertaken at the Guest’s own risk, and any incidents must be reported immediately. -
Safety Guidelines
To ensure a safe environment for all visitors:
Only one person is permitted to swing within the designated hitting area at any time.
All swings must be performed on the hitting mat; clubs must not be swung outside designated areas.
Observers must remain behind the marked safety boundary and keep a safe distance.
Guests should remain aware of other players, equipment, and surroundings before taking a swing.
Shots must always be directed towards the simulator screen.
Entering or exiting the bay while someone is mid-swing is strictly prohibited.
Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately to the Company.
By using the facility, Guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. Tee Zone Ltd will not be held liable except in cases of negligence or intentional wrongdoing. -

Tee Zone Ltd is committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used. -
Complaints Procedure
Any complaints can be submitted via email at support@teezoneuk.com or through the Company’s website. We aim to respond within 48 hours. -
Account Credit
Credits issued (for example, due to cancellations) can be used towards any Tee Zone Ltd services.
Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, and must be used within 12 months of issue.
Unused credits are non-refundable. -
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
